Kayak feeling in a rubber boat
An inflatable boat is always less problematic than one made of hard material. The idea of a pack raft came from the idea of being able to travel very flexibly with small luggage and possibly with the “public transport”.
A Packraft can be folded up very small, weighs almost nothing, is in fact like hand luggage.
The boat is very stable – its centre of gravity is particularly low and the width of the boat generously dimensioned which means that tipping over is difficult. Wild water fun without end – you feel the waves and the power of the white water as you steer the boat all by yourself.
Particularly important is the training session before the tour with the guide who will also look after you during the tour. His experience will ensure your safety on the river. Good general fitness is an obvious advantage.
